Q:  How do I begin the process of placing an order?

A:  Placing an order can begin with a simple email or phone call.  After that we can begin the process of gathering information for the project.


Q:  Do I need to design my own graphics?

A:  We are ready to create graphics for any project.  If there is already an existing logo we can recreate it and use it in any scale.


Q:  How long does it take before I can get a layout for my project?

A:  The time between first contact with the customer and when we have a ready layout for the project varies depending on the size and nature of the project. Usually between 24 to 48 hours.


Q:  Is there any guarantee of quality?

A:  All of the materials we work with come guaranteed to last, and our staff takes the time necessary to ensure that every project satisfies the customer.  


Q:  What type of customer service can I expect?

A:  We always keep a close line of communication with customers while designing an installing.  Communication is important to ensure that the customers get what they need.  After installation we stay in touch with customers and always welcome their feedback.
